We use your business information to:
When you upload business documents (offers, pricing, marketing, strategy, etc.), NexaLogic™ processes them to generate summaries and context for your diagnostics and AI guidance. Documents are stored securely and associated with your account.
Authorised team members may review uploaded content where necessary to operate the platform, provide support, or deliver premium services you have engaged. You should only upload documents you have the right to share and are comfortable providing within the context of the service.
You can delete any uploaded document at any time from your Documents area.
If you provide website URLs or social media links, NexaLogic™ may analyse those public-facing materials to enrich your business diagnostics, growth recommendations, and positioning analysis.
This is voluntary — you choose what to share. You should only submit business assets you have authority to share. You can update or remove your footprint links at any time.
Your business information, diagnostic responses, uploaded documents, and footprint data are processed by AI models to generate diagnostics, reports, and recommendations. AI outputs are supportive tools — not guaranteed outcomes or regulated professional advice.
To operate the platform and deliver premium services, authorised NexaLogic™ team members (founders, admins, service team) may access your business profile, diagnostic results, uploaded documents, and AI-generated reports where there is a legitimate operational or service purpose.
Internal access is governed by role-based permissions and is limited to what is necessary to operate the platform, provide support, or deliver services you have engaged.
Subscription and one-time payments are processed by Stripe. NexaLogic™ receives payment metadata (plan, status, amount) but does not store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
NexaLogic™ retains your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will reasonably delete or anonymise your data in accordance with our retention practices.
You can request account closure at any time by contacting us. We will guide you through the process and address any data deletion requests in line with our Privacy Policy.
Essential service communications (account verification, diagnostic results, billing) are sent as part of operating the service. Optional marketing communications can be managed from your account settings.
Essential communications include: account verification, diagnostic results, report delivery, billing notifications, and service-related updates. Optional marketing communications can be managed from your account settings.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we design NexaLogic™ to handle your business information responsibly.
