By creating an account or using NexaLogic™, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the NexaLogic™ platform, including self-serve SaaS subscribers, one-time report purchasers, and premium service clients.

NexaLogic™ is an AI-powered business analysis and strategic guidance platform. It provides:

• Business clarity diagnostics and scoring
• AI-generated diagnostic reports using structured business analysis frameworks
• Strategic intelligence, recommendations, and action plans
• An AI execution partner (Walk With AI) for weekly planning and accountability
• Document upload and business context management
• Premium advisory, implementation, and coaching services (under separate terms)

NexaLogic™ uses artificial intelligence to generate diagnostics, reports, recommendations, and guidance. These outputs are intended to support your business thinking — they are not guaranteed outcomes or regulated professional advice.

NexaLogic™ does not guarantee specific business results, revenue growth, or implementation success. AI outputs may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or imperfect. You remain responsible for your own business decisions and should seek qualified professional advice for legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or financial matters.

NexaLogic™ is not acting as your lawyer, accountant, regulated financial adviser, tax adviser, or other regulated professional unless separately contracted in writing.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business
• Only upload documents you have the right to share
• Only provide public business footprint links you have authority to share
• Use the platform lawfully and not misuse AI outputs
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account with unauthorised users

NexaLogic™ offers subscription plans (Smart Starter, Smart Growth, Walk With AI) and a one-time report purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

Premium services (Done With You, Done For You, Enterprise Growth Build, 1:1 Coaching) are separate from the self-serve SaaS platform. They are delivered under separate engagement terms, proposals, or agreements specific to each engagement.

Submitting a premium service enquiry does not constitute a binding service agreement. Scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

You retain ownership of all business information, documents, and content you upload. NexaLogic™ retains ownership of the platform, AI models, frameworks, and generated analytical methodologies.

AI-generated outputs (reports, recommendations, summaries) are provided to you for your business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label NexaLogic™ outputs without written permission.

Your use of NexaLogic™ is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

NexaLogic™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaLogic™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

You acknowledge that AI-generated recommendations are supportive tools and that business outcomes depend on many factors outside NexaLogic™'s control.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, we will reasonably delete or anonymise your data in accordance with our retention practices and Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
