Premium Service Terms

Last updated: July 2026

Understanding premium services

  • Premium services (Done With You, Done For You, Enterprise, Coaching) are separate from the self-serve SaaS platform
  • They are delivered under separate engagement terms, proposals, or agreements specific to each engagement
  • Outcomes depend on your business context, responsiveness, and implementation realities
  • Timelines, deliverables, and scope may differ from self-serve platform access
  • Premium services are advisory, collaborative, implementation-led, or coaching-led — not regulated professional services unless separately agreed in writing

1. Scope

These terms apply to NexaLogic™ premium services: Done With You, Done For You, Enterprise Growth Build, and 1:1 Coaching & Consulting. They are separate from and additional to the NexaLogic™ Terms of Use, which continue to apply to your use of the self-serve platform.

2. Service Engagement

Each premium service engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or engagement letter) that specifies:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Fees, payment schedule, and terms
  • Roles and responsibilities of both parties
  • Any service-specific terms or exclusions

Submitting a premium service enquiry through the platform does not constitute a binding service agreement. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

3. Nature of Services

Premium services are advisory, collaborative, implementation-led, or coaching-led support — depending on the service type:

  • Done With You: Collaborative advisory and implementation support. We work alongside you and your team.
  • Done For You: Hands-on implementation, setup, and strategic AI deployment. We handle the heavy lifting.
  • Enterprise Growth Build: Large-scale build, go-to-market, and AI deployment for established companies.
  • 1:1 Coaching & Consulting: Personal guidance for building your business, with direct founder access.

None of these services constitute regulated professional advice (legal, tax, accounting, financial) unless explicitly provided for in a separate written agreement.

4. Outcomes & Expectations

Premium service outcomes depend on your business context, responsiveness, market conditions, and implementation realities. While we bring expertise, frameworks, and dedicated support, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue figures, or timelines.

Success requires active participation, timely feedback, and implementation of agreed actions on your part.

5. Fees & Payment

Premium service fees, payment schedules, and models (full payment, instalment plans) are specified in each engagement agreement. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or by invoice arrangement.

Instalment plans (where offered) include an uplift to reflect the extended payment term. Specific amounts are confirmed in the engagement agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during an engagement. NexaLogic™ will handle your business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any additional confidentiality terms in your engagement agreement.

7. Data Access During Engagements

During a premium service engagement, authorised NexaLogic™ team members may access your business profile, diagnostic results, uploaded documents, and AI-generated reports to deliver the service effectively. This access is governed by role-based permissions and is limited to what is necessary for the engagement.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation and termination terms are specified in each engagement agreement. Generally:

  • Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach, subject to notice periods in the agreement
  • Fees for work completed up to termination are payable
  • Pre-paid fees for unstarted work may be refundable subject to the agreement terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaLogic™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from premium service engagements. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Premium Service Terms from time to time. Existing engagements continue under the terms in their signed agreement. New engagements are subject to the terms in effect at the time of signing.

Note: These terms provide a foundation for premium service engagements. Each engagement should have its own signed agreement reviewed by legal counsel for the specific scope, jurisdiction, and commercial terms.
